The brand new luxury beach front Barbati studio is next door of the Barbati beachfront villa 1 and on the upstairs floor, left side with the chimney including the big veranda and big balcony offering magnificent sea view.
The studio consists of one double bedroom, full equipped modern kitchen including backoven and big 2 doors refrigerator, WC/shower and TV.
The downstairs garden and the pool is not including in our Rental !
The Studio can be also rented in combination with the nearby Villa 1 in case you are a group of 8 persons and you can of course use the big garden of the Villa 1 .
The maid service is coming 2-3 times weekly including bed linen and towels (not beach towels) change !
At the back side of the villa or the studio there is your safe parking place.
Mini markets and Restaurants are in walking distance from the villas.
