The VIP villa Rosa 2, consists of 5 bedrooms, each one with own WC/shower or bath, full equipped modern kitchen including wash machine, dish washer, coffee maker, microwave etc., comfortable livingroom with fire place and sea view from the one side and upper floor, with inland green view from the other side, nice seperate office room with WiFi internet access, a lot of big verandas around the villa with wonderful view. At the top floor is located the master room with own bathroom with big veranda and 100% privacy, at the middle floor is located the livingroom-kitchen, one twin bedroom (2 single beds or double bedr.) with WC/shower and balcony with nice view, the third double bedroom with bathroom /Jacuzzi and balcony with nice view, at the groundfloor there are, one bedroom with shower and one large studio about 70m2 with big livingroom, double bedroom, small kitchen and WC/shower, which has access from the livingroom through stairs or from the garden with the possibility to have independent entrance closing the inside access from the livingroom, in case somebody want it. The studio is also recommened for disable persons. A very big garden around the villa and the 60m pool incl. Jacuzzi in the pool, sun beds, BBQ closed to the Pool with table and chairs enough for 10-12 persons and safe parking.
Both wonderful villas are in about 6000m plot and are closed safe around with high protected walls.
The villas is possible to rent seperately or together!
Each villa is independent, sleeps 10-12 persons and has own privacy !

The VIP Villa Rosa 2, is exactly the same with Villa Rosa 1, the only difference is that the pool of the Villa Rosa 1 has incl. Jacuzzi inside the pool and the Villa Rosa 2 instead Jacuzzi in the pool, has an external Jacuzzi independent of the pool, also has built an extra section of children pool nearby the big pool.

Each villa has, any time, at your disposal reserved at the beach one Sea -Petallo for free use to visit the neighbour beaches..
